Insurance coverage is provided by AXA, securing parcels throughout transit. Both clients and couriers submit verified identification which is stored securely. Service history, ratings, and detailed profiles enable trustworthy connections—clients select their preferred providers and vice versa.

Transactional security is maintained through escrow payments held from confirmation until successful delivery. Parcels must be properly packaged for visual inspection upon pickup. Photographs taken at pick-up and delivery serve as proof of parcel condition.
